The Brooklyn Bedding CopperFlex® Pro Hybrid 14" Firm is the upgraded firm version of the CopperFlex Pro line — built for back, stomach, and heavier sleepers who want solid, stable support combined with advanced cooling and antimicrobial protection. Eight engineered layers add a GlacioTex™ cool-to-touch cover, gel swirl memory foam, copper-infused memory foam, and a dedicated zoned lumbar support layer to the 760-coil Ascension X support system that made the CopperFlex line an industry favorite. Consumer Reports recommended, designed and assembled in Brooklyn Bedding's Arizona factory, and available exclusively at our Boone Mall location with a 120-night sleep trial and limited lifetime warranty.

Do I need a boxspring for this mattress?

Usually, no. Most customers use a solid foundation, platform bed, or an adjustable base.

If you’re using a traditional bed frame, you may need a bunkie board or a supportive foundation for proper support. If you tell us what bed frame you have, we’ll help you match the right setup.
How does delivery work?

After you purchase, we’ll coordinate a delivery time that works for your schedule.

Delivery, setup, and disposal are available. In-store, we’ll confirm what you’d like included and any access details (stairs, tight hallways, etc.) so delivery day is smooth.
Will you dispose of my old mattress?

Yes—old mattress disposal is available when we deliver your new mattress.

Just let us know at checkout so we plan the truck space and the right team for the job.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

Most warranties are 10 years, but some are 12 or 15 years. Your mattress warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Each manufacturer has different warranty guidelines.
