How Our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee Works
We want you to love your new mattress. If you’re not completely satisfied within 120 nights, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Sleep On It
Give your new mattress at least 30 nights so you have time to adjust to a different feel. If it still isn’t comfortable, contact us after 30 nights and before night 120 to discuss an eligible comfort exchange.
Contact Us
Once you have slept on your new mattress for 30 days and it is still not comfortable to you, come back in and speak to one of our sleep experts and we will help you find a new mattress.

Applies to all mattresses except:
Value Zone mattresses, floor models, clearance, or closeout mattresses. - Mattress must include a Blackberry Creek waterproof mattress protector purchased at the same time.
- Mattresses must remain in like-new condition and be used on a proper foundation or adjustable base.
- Exchanges allowed after 30 nights and before 120 nights.
- Only one comfort exchange. A $79 exchange fee plus a $99 re-delivery fee applies to every comfort exchange, regardless of brand, including Tempur-Pedic. Adjustable bases cannot be exchanged. See comfort-exchange terms.
