How Our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee Works
We want you to love your new mattress. If you’re not completely satisfied within 120 nights, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Sleep On It
Give your new mattress at least 30 nights to adjust to your body. Your mattress takes time to break in and your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress. Your new mattress may feel uncomfortable at first; that's just your body getting used to being in proper spinal alignment.
Contact Us
Once you have slept on your new mattress for 30 days and it is still not comfortable to you, come back in and speak to one of our sleep experts and we will help you find a new mattress.
