We want you to absolutely love your new mattress. Most mattresses include our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee.

How It Works

Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights so your body can adjust.
If you’re still not comfortable anytime between nights 31–120, contact us.
We’ll help you select a better fit.

Exchange Details

One comfort exchange per customer
Small exchange & redelivery fee applies
Returned mattress value is applied as store credit toward your new choice

What’s Covered

Qualifying sagging/impressions beyond normal wear
Broken/bent coils or frame defects
Stitching, zipper, or construction defects

Not covered: normal softening, comfort preference changes, stains, or misuse.

Mattresses: eligible for one comfort exchange during the 120-night window (store credit applied).
Adjustable bases, pillows, sheets & bedding: all sales final due to hygiene/manufacturer policies.
