Local delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of our warehouse at 8859 NC 105 S, including neighboring-state addresses within that radius.

- Careful in-home setup of your new mattress or adjustable base
- Removal of all packaging materials
- Free old-mattress removal & disposal with delivery
Scheduling
- Most deliveries scheduled within 1–3 business days
- 2-hour delivery window with call-ahead
- Local delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of our warehouse at 8859 NC 105 S, including addresses in neighboring states within that radius. Mattress delivery is $99, including setup and old-mattress disposal. Orders with one or more adjustable bases are $119 total for delivery and setup, charged once per order. If the order includes a Tempur-Pedic mattress, initial local delivery and setup are free for the whole order.

We want you to absolutely love your new mattress. Most mattresses include our 120-Night Comfort Guarantee.
How It Works
- Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights so your body can adjust.
- If you’re still not comfortable anytime after 30 nights and before night 120, contact us.
- We’ll help you select a better fit.
Exchange Details
- One comfort exchange
- $79 exchange fee plus a $99 re-delivery fee applies to every comfort exchange, regardless of brand, including Tempur-Pedic. Adjustable bases cannot be exchanged.
- Returned mattress value is applied as store credit toward your new choice
Eligibility & Exclusions
- Purchase of a Blackberry Creek waterproof mattress protector with the mattress is required
- Not eligible: adjustable bases, pillows, sheets, bedding, accessories
- The mattress must remain in like-new condition.
- Excluded from the comfort guarantee: Value Zone, clearance, and floor models

What’s Covered
- Qualifying sagging/impressions beyond normal wear
- Broken/bent coils or frame defects
- Stitching, zipper, or construction defects
Not covered: normal softening, comfort preference changes, stains, or misuse.

- Mattresses: eligible for one comfort exchange during the 120-night window (store credit applied).
- Adjustable bases, pillows, sheets & bedding: all sales final due to hygiene/manufacturer policies.
