Tempur-Pedic Pillows

The mattress is only as good as the pillow above it.

Compare pillow loft and feel with the mattress you use. Your sleep position and personal preference can help narrow the options. We carry six models across three series.

Tempur-Adapt®

ProAdjust Pillow

Adjustable Height

The only Tempur with customizable loft. Add or remove fill to dial in the exact height for your sleep position. The smart starting point if you've never tried Tempur or if other pillows have always felt slightly off.

Shop this pillow

Tempur-Adapt®

ProLo Pillow

Low Profile

Lower loft for back and stomach sleepers who need minimal height. TEMPUR material conforms to your head and neck, distributing pressure evenly. If pillows have always felt too thick, start here.

Shop this pillow

Tempur-Adapt®

ProHi Pillow

High Profile

Higher loft for side sleepers who need height to fill the gap between shoulder and ear. TEMPUR holds its shape through the night, no compressing flat at 3am the way a fiber fill pillow does.

Tempur-Breeze®

Breeze ProLo Pillow

Cooling, Low Profile

ProLo support with active cooling built in. SmartCool pulls heat from your head and neck through the night. If you've tried cooling pillowcases without real results, this works at the material level.

Shop this pillow

Tempur-Breeze®

Breeze ProHi Pillow

Cooling, High Profile

Higher loft cooling pillow for side sleepers who run hot. Same SmartCool technology as the ProLo with the height side sleepers need. Pairs naturally with Pro-Breeze or LuxeBreeze for a full cooling system.

Tempur-Comfort®

Comfort Pillow

Medium, All Positions

If memory foam pillows have always felt too dense or too firm, this is the fix. A lighter, softer blend of TEMPUR material gives a medium feel that adapts to your head and neck, then springs back night after night instead of flattening like down or fiber. At a 5-inch profile, it works for back, side, and stomach sleepers alike.
