Estate is the entry point into real Stearns & Foster quality. Lux Estate is the upgrade — more TEMPUR foam, doubled cooling, and a pillowtop option that changes how the bed feels from the first night.
The Estate is where Stearns & Foster craftsmanship begins. IntelliCoil® innersprings provide targeted support that responds to your body. The Tencel™ cover wicks moisture and stays cool. Every mattress is hand-sewn in a dedicated luxury cell — no shortcuts, no assembly line. At 14.5” it has a substantial feel without the weight of the Lux Estate upgrade. Available in Firm for back and stomach sleepers, and Plush for side sleepers who want more give.
The Lux Estate is the full Stearns & Foster experience. TEMPUR-Indulge™ memory foam — engineered by the same scientists who make Tempur-Pedic — is added to the comfort layer for pressure relief you don’t get from standard innerspring foam. Cooling is doubled: ventilated IntelliCoil® innersprings plus external silver air vents. At 16” it has a genuinely luxurious profile. Pillowtop models add a separate sewn-on comfort layer for that hotel-bed feeling. Five models cover every sleep preference from cloud-soft to ultra-firm.

Lux Estate models include memory foam engineered by the same scientists who make Tempur-Pedic. You get the pressure relief of high-end memory foam on top of the support and responsiveness of an innerspring. Neither technology compromises the other.
Tencel™ Cover
Made from sustainably sourced wood pulp, Tencel™ is one of the most breathable and moisture-wicking fabrics used in bedding. It keeps the sleep surface cool and dry. The Lux Estate version adds a cool-to-touch treatment that you feel from the first contact.
Ventilated Coil System
The innerspring layer is designed to move air through the mattress as you sleep. The Lux Estate adds silver air vents on the sides to accelerate this airflow. Heat has multiple ways out — which is why Stearns & Foster consistently outperforms other innersprings on temperature regulation.
