Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we're open: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed Sunday. We are always staffed and you'll get personal attention without scheduling ahead.
How does the 120-night sleep trial work?
If you purchase a qualifying mattress with a mattress protector, you have 120 nights at home to make sure it's right. If the feel isn't working, we work with you on an exchange to a different model. A $79 exchange fee plus a $99 re-delivery fee applies to every comfort exchange, regardless of brand, including Tempur-Pedic. Adjustable bases cannot be exchanged. See comfort-exchange terms.
Is delivery included?
Local delivery and setup is available throughout the High Country including Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Seven Devils, Linville, West Jefferson, and Newland. Our own crew brings the new mattress in, sets it up in the bedroom of your choice, and hauls off your old mattress. One visit, start to finish.
