Delivery and exchange costs at a glance
Initial local delivery
- Mattress delivery: $99. Includes setup and old-mattress disposal.
- Orders with adjustable bases: $119 total. Delivery and setup, charged once per order.
- Orders including a Tempur-Pedic mattress: initial local delivery and setup are free for the whole order.
Comfort exchanges
$79 exchange fee + $99 redelivery = $178. Applies to every comfort exchange, including Tempur-Pedic. Adjustable bases cannot be exchanged.
Local delivery is limited to a 25-mile radius of the warehouse at 8859 NC 105 S, including neighboring-state addresses within that radius. Confirm your address, access, and schedule before ordering.

- Setup: We can set up your new mattress and foundation/adjustable base (as applicable).
- Disposal: Old mattress removal and disposal are free with delivery—tell us in advance so we plan truck space.
- Careful handling: Our goal is a smooth, respectful in-home experience—no chaos, no confusion.

We deliver within a 25-mile radius of our warehouse at 8859 NC 105 S, including addresses in neighboring states within that circle.
Before Delivery Day
- Measure tight hallways, stairwells, and doorways (especially for king sizes).
- Clear a path to the bedroom and remove breakables.
- If you want disposal, make sure the old mattress is accessible.
- Let us know about stairs, gates, long driveways, or special access needs.
On Delivery Day
- We’ll arrive within the scheduled window and confirm placement.
- We’ll set up the new sleep set (as selected at purchase).
- If you requested disposal, we’ll remove the old mattress at no additional charge when feasible.
- We’ll do a quick final check so you feel confident before we leave.
