  • Setup: We can set up your new mattress and foundation/adjustable base (as applicable).
  • Disposal: Old mattress disposal is available—tell us in advance so we plan truck space.
  • Careful handling: Our goal is a smooth, respectful in-home experience—no chaos, no confusion.

Before Delivery Day

  • Measure tight hallways, stairwells, and doorways (especially for king sizes).
  • Clear a path to the bedroom and remove breakables.
  • If you want disposal, make sure the old mattress is accessible.
  • Let us know about stairs, gates, long driveways, or special access needs.

On Delivery Day

  • We’ll arrive within the scheduled window and confirm placement.
  • We’ll set up the new sleep set (as selected at purchase).
  • If disposal is included, we’ll remove the old mattress when feasible.
  • We’ll do a quick final check so you feel confident before we leave.
