Do I need a boxspring for this mattress?
Usually, no. Most customers use a solid foundation, platform bed, or an adjustable base.
If you’re using a traditional bed frame, you may need a bunkie board or a supportive foundation for proper support. If you tell us what bed frame you have, we’ll help you match the right setup.
How does delivery work?
Local delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of our warehouse at 8859 NC 105 S, including addresses in neighboring states within that radius. Mattress delivery is $99, including setup and old-mattress disposal. Orders with one or more adjustable bases are $119 total for delivery and setup, charged once per order. If the order includes a Tempur-Pedic mattress, initial local delivery and setup are free for the whole order.
After purchase, we’ll coordinate scheduling and confirm access details such as stairs and tight hallways.
Will you dispose of my old mattress?
Yes. Old-mattress disposal is included with local mattress delivery. Tell us when scheduling so we can plan truck space.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
Most warranties are 10 years, but some are 12 or 15 years. Your mattress warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Each manufacturer has different warranty guidelines.
Can I return my mattress if I don't like it?
Eligible mattresses include one comfort exchange after 30 nights and before night 120. A Blackberry Creek waterproof mattress protector must be purchased with the mattress, and the mattress must remain in like-new condition. Value Zone, clearance, and floor models are excluded.
Every comfort exchange has a $79 exchange fee plus $99 redelivery, including Tempur-Pedic. Adjustable bases cannot be exchanged.
