How does delivery work?

We provide fast local delivery across Boone, Banner Elk & Blowing Rock. Most deliveries cost between $75-$100, depending on where you live.

Will you dispose of my old mattress?

Yes — haul-away is available upon request when scheduling delivery.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

Most mattresses include a 10-Year Warranty (Helix 12–15 yrs; Southerland 5- 12 yrs). We handle any claims right here in the High Country.
Can I return my mattress if I don't like it?

Most of our mattresses come with a 120 Night Trial period. You must purchase a waterproof mattress protector to qualify for our trial period. All returns will be in the form of store credit to use towards a different mattress in our store. We allow one exchange, and there is a return and re-delivery fee associated with every exchange.
