Do I need a boxspring for this mattress?
No, this mattress works great on platform beds, slats, or adjustable bases.
How does delivery work?
We offer local delivery to Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, and the surrounding areas. Local delivery is $99, including setup and old-mattress disposal, or $119 with adjustable-base setup. Initial local delivery is free with a Tempur-Pedic mattress purchase. Comfort exchanges have a $79 exchange fee plus $99 redelivery for all brands, including Tempur-Pedic.
Will you dispose of my old mattress?
We will dispose of your old mattress set when we deliver your new mattress and that is included in your delivery fee. We will only dispose of the same number of items you purchased.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
Warranty length and coverage depend on the brand and model. Review the warranty listed for this mattress, and ask us for the manufacturer’s written terms. Manufacturer warranties cover qualifying defects; the comfort exchange is a separate store policy.
Can I return my mattress if I don't like it?
Most of our mattresses come with a Love Your Mattress Guarantee. You must purchase a waterproof mattress protector to qualify for our trial period. All returns will be in the form of store credit to use towards a different mattress in our store. We allow one exchange, and there is a return and re-delivery fee associated with every exchange.
