Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we're open: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed Sunday. We are always staffed and you'll get personal attention without scheduling ahead.
How does the 120-night sleep trial work?
If you purchase a qualifying mattress with a mattress protector, you have 120 nights at home to make sure it's right. If the feel isn't working, we work with you on an exchange to a different model. There's no return-to-warehouse logistics or restocking maze. A person here handles it.
Is delivery included?
Local delivery and setup is available throughout the High Country including Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Seven Devils, Linville, West Jefferson, and Newland. Our own crew brings the new mattress in, sets it up in the bedroom of your choice, and hauls off your old mattress. One visit, start to finish.

0% interest through Synchrony HOME on qualifying purchases. Up to 60 months on select Tempur-Pedic. Up to 48 months on Stearns & Foster. Shorter terms available on other brands. Checking your rate takes about two minutes and does not affect your credit score.
Why buy from a local store instead of online?
Three reasons. First, you actually lie on the mattress before you buy it, which beats reading a review every time. Second, every brand we carry is sold through us as an authorized dealer, so the full manufacturer warranty stays intact. Grey-market online purchases often don't. Third, if something goes wrong six months from now, you call a local number and a person who remembers your purchase answers.
Do you have the Casper lineup here?
Yes, all four Casper models (Dream Hybrid, Snow Hybrid, Dream Max, Snow Max) are on the floor at Boone Mall. Casper is the only major brand we carry that is at Boone Mall only and not at our Foscoe store.
