No, this mattress works great on platform beds, slats, or adjustable bases.
How does delivery work?

We offer local delivery to Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, and the surrounding areas. Delivery prices range from $75-$100, depending on the area and difficulty of the delivery.

Will you dispose of my old mattress?

We will dispose of your old mattress set when we deliver your new mattress and that is included in your delivery fee. We will only dispose of the same number of items you purchased.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

Most warranties are 10 years, but some are 12 or 15 years. Your mattress warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Each manufacturer has different warranty guidelines.

Can I return my mattress if I don't like it?

Most of our mattresses come with a 120 Night Trial period. You must purchase a waterproof mattress protector to qualify for our trial period. All returns will be in the form of store credit to use towards a different mattress in our store. We allow one exchange, and there is a return and re-delivery fee associated with every exchange.
